Brand New Nokia Lumia 521 4" Windows T-mobile Review

Brand New Nokia Lumia 521 4" Windows T-mobile

Brand New Nokia Lumia 521 4" Windows T-mobile by Nokia . Wondering what all of the Hubbub is with Home windows Phone 8? This versatile phone includes a Hub on your peeps, a hub on your work and a Children Corner for the little ones too. Seize reminiscences, join and share or hop in the car and go someplace you have by no means been. It puts all of the stuff you love right at your fingertips. Oh, yeah: you can make cellphone calls with it too. I thought of ready on the Lumia 925, but after reading how much the Lumina 521 has to supply, I made a decision that since I tend to vary telephones about every 2 years, it made extra sense to go along with the phone that was lighter on my wallet. After finding that my local WalMart had one cellphone left, I snagged it and haven't regretted my purchase one bit.

What I like about the cellphone: 1. WiFi calling (arrange directions below) - calls are clear, but calls don't hand off to mobile community if you happen to step outdoors of your WiFi range 2. Tethering Succesful (but additional T-Cellular price) 3. MicroSD slot (up to 64GB) 4. Camera is contact adjustable 5. Adjustable font measurement 6. Capacity to have a high contrast screen (for those with poor eyesight or somebody who needs a cool wanting display screen) 7. Switch My Knowledge App makes switching telephones super straightforward - even transfers text messages 8. All of the Nokia app collection for free (drive, music, photobeamer, yousendit, and so on) 9.

Touchscreen may be very responsive - sensitivity is adjustable 10. Visual voicemail (free, but should enable your account) The few negatives: 1. Digital camera isn't fancy, but is 5mp. Use fingers/touchscreen to zoom. 2. Cellphone supposedly will not be able to entry the LTE network if obtainable in your area. I have never confirmed this claim. The cellphone pace is quick sufficient for my wants, but I'm not a gamer. 3. Plastic back. Does it matter? Most people use a cover anyway. The OKs: 1. Screen is sweet and simple to see indoors. Sunlight causes difficulties. I have not tried a non-glare screen protector. 2. Telephone does not come with a headset 3. Cellphone does not come with a automobile charger 4. The ear sound can get tin-y. I used to be use to upping the volume to hear. On this cellphone, I flip down the amount to do away with the tin-y sound. This isn't noticeable when on speakerphone. I really like this telephone - it has all of the options I would like at a unbelievable worth point. If you're buying a Windows phone (and it is best to), this telephone is a no-brainer. WiFi calling set-up: get wifi calling enabled on your t-mobile account (free arrange), and just be sure you have a wifi enabled sim card (free at TMobile store).

Then do a tough reset on the phone (not only a simple update). Reset is found at Settings - About - reset your phone. Once you do these steps, a WiFi calling button will seem on your home screen. Press it and choose your option (Wi-Fi Preferred, Cellular Most well-liked, Wi-Fi Solely). EMail/Social Media set-up: was a Breeze. I set up Hotmail, outlook, Gmail, roadrunner and a enterprise email. Facebook and different social media can be very straightforward to set-up. Font dimension & Excessive distinction screen is at Settings - Ease of Access. Tethering is at Settings - Web sharing.
