I jumped in and bought the Z10 when it came out. Though a fantastic phone with a rock strong OS (BB OS10), I may by no means get used to the touchscreen typing (although critics/ios/android loyalists agree its one of the best touchscreen keyboard ever!). Anyway, switched to the Q10 and could not be happier. FYI - the previous reviewer who says Blackberry loyalists will likely be dissatisfied clearly doesn't know what he/she is speaking about. The phone is solid feeling but not too big. I do wish that they had made the display screen bigger however we cannot have it all. The display is adequate.
